This V-Cut PCB Depanelizer is a professional precision separation machine specially designed for cutting and splitting PCB panels with pre-scored V-grooves. It adopts an accurate mechanical rolling cutting structure to realize clean, smooth and low-stress board separation without pulling traces, cracking substrates or damaging solder joints and SMD components.

Featuring adjustable blade height, platform position and cutting speed, the machine is compatible with various PCB thicknesses, V-slot depths and different board materials such as FR4 and aluminum substrates. With stable blade calibration and minimal cutting deviation, it ensures consistent depaneling quality and high repeatability for mass production.

Compact in structure, easy to operate and low in maintenance, this V-cut separator greatly improves production efficiency while reducing board breakage and product defective rate, which is an ideal solution for SMT assembly, electronics manufacturing and batch PCB processing.
