Product Description:

1. Plug in the power supply and the air supply.

2. Parameter Setting

(1) Set tin feeding length (length>1mm)

(2) Set tin return length (length>1mm)

3. Speed (speed 1000-2500)

4. Press the reset key for three seconds to reset the output.

5. Press the blank of the parameter page for three seconds, input password “10086” to enter the program interface.

6. Press the blank of self-locking function (manual screen), input password “10086” to set new password by yourself. Specific steps for installing the heater:

(1) Insert the soldering iron into the heating tube

(2). Align the notch mark of the soldering iron head with the direction of the tin feeding tube, tighten the nut knob with a pointed nose pliers, perform daily maintenance every shift, and clean the machine surface

7. Before starting the machine, check whether the soldering head is perforated and oxidized. Before starting the machine, check whether the soldering head moves up and down smoothly. If the tin wire is insufficient, replace it with a new roll of tin wire. If the tin wire tube is blocked, clean it with alcohol.

8. Please use copper brush and alcohol to clean the solder wire powder and flux in time.

9. Ensure sufficient air pressure (0.4-0.5MPa)

10. Check whether the connecting cables are loose and fall off, and whether the air pipe is damaged.

11. Daily maintenance of the soldering head, properly increase the number of times to clean the soldering head.

12. Completely remove the tin material pre welded by the soldering head, cool it to room temperature, remove the oxide with sandpaper, and then restart the heating

13. If the soldering iron head is corroded by oxide, replace it with a new one.
