1. Preparation: Ensure that the machine is properly set up and connected to a compressed air source. Place the PCB to be punched securely on the machine's punching mold.
Programming: no need to program, customized mold saving program time. Manual load the boards on the mold, press "Start" button for punching.
Positioning: Align the PCB accurately within the machine's punching mold, ensuring that the desired punching locations align with the punching tools or dies.
Activation: Activate the machine's pneumatic control system by initiating the punching process. This can typically be done by pressing a button or engaging a foot pedal, which triggers the pneumatic system to exert the punching force.
