LED PCB Separator Introduction:
This equipment is designed to minimize board stress and avoid component damage, and it has 3 pairs of precision blades to ensure the board does not bend or deform. The first pair of blades cut 40% of PCB web, and second pair of blades cut 40% of PCB web, the third pair of blades cut the last 20% of PCB to finish depaneling. Blade guide can be adjusted vertically for different LED boards with no cutting length limit.
