5 axis soldering machine consists of handheld box + five-axis automatic soldering machine host composed by serial communication link between the two, completion human interface, the host then complete motion control and IO ports and other operations, consisting of a set of points style, full three-dimensional, high-precision five-axis automatic soldering machine. This machine has a spot welding, drag soldering, automatic cleaning and other functions, and has a position correction, bulk editing, copying arrays, graphics pan, graphics, zoom and automatic positioning and other functions. In addition to supporting the machine and manually entered coordinates teaching mode input coordinates, but also supports import feature computer graphics, computer graphics can be converted into PLT files or G code file, and then processed by the controller is converted to solder machine processing file. Each processing file can store one hundred thousand processing points, it has a 16M memory, while controller has 128M. This system also supports U disk reading and writing functions, which allow user to read and write the processing files on U disk.

 

Soldering Robot Main Features:

1. Contains BASIC interpreter, simple programming, direct handle teaching, you can directly enter the welding point coordinates, but also teach welding position, can reproduce the welding position coordinates.

2. Using multi-axis robots and advanced motion control algorithms for linkage to simulate the action of human hand plus tin, effectively improving the positioning accuracy of the iron head.

3. The program has built-in multi-dimension soldering method, spot welding and drag welding. All process parameters can be set by the user. It can simulate various difficult and micro soldering processes of human hands.
