PCB Separator Classification and Introduction

PCB Separator is widely used in the manufacturing of electronic products. Since the traditional manual breaking method will generate strong stress and have a serious impact on product quality, manual breaking has been basically replaced by PCB depaneling machines.
PCB separator can be divided into the following types:
1. V-groove PCB separator

3. PCB router
4. Laser depaneling
The advantages and disadvantages of the above 4 PCB separators:
1. V-groove PCB separator
Advantages: low cost
Disadvantages: only linear cutting is possible. There are burrs.
2. PCB Punching
Advantages: The initial investment cost is low and the speed is fast.
Disadvantages: different die tooling costs are high. Stressed
3. PCB Router
Advantages: It can carry out any shape board cutting, the stress is very small, and the cutting edge has no burrs.
Disadvantages: The cost is not low.
4. Laser depaneling
Advantages: workable for all kinds of FPC and FR4 PCB boards, no stress.
